Please include your child’s name and activities in the email.

Children can be registered in up to 2 sessions unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to remove children from additional sessions.

There are two waivers that are part of the registration form, the General Activity Waiver and the Photo waiver.  You cannot complete the registration form without completing the two waivers.  (checkboxes)

Some activities may come with their own additional waivers.  These will need to be completed and brought to the sessions.  Links to the waivers can be found on the registration form and will be made available at the sessions.

Parents are required to stay while their children participate.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your child is ready for the session.  Arriving late disrupts the session for the coaches, volunteers and other participants.  This also ensures there is time to check in and get equipment if required

It varies by activity.  The registration form and confirmation will let you know if any equipment is required.

Note that most activities require clean sneakers.

Participants will be informed the morning of the event if their session has been cancelled due to weather.  Generally, unless there is a safety risk, activities will proceed.

Typically, the sessions run for an hour, including the warm-up & instruction period at the start.

Note that many dance sessions are 30 minutes.
