Online Diversity and Coaching Focus Groups

Description: Over the last few years the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) has been working on advancing intersectionality in the field of coaching.  As part of this focus, CAC would like to examine the experience of visible minority coaches (new and longstanding) to see if they need any additional training or services to support their experience in coaching and their retention as coaches.

We will be conducting focus groups to further enhance our understanding. We are looking for participants who identify as:

  • Visible Minority* Coaches –coaches who have coached for over 5 years

  • Visible Minority NEW Coaches –coaches who have coached for 5 years or less

  • Coaches who coach visible minority athletes
