Beach volleyball is an exciting summer sport to be a part of with many opportunities in Grande Prairie. The league started in 2008 with approximately 40 teams of Ladies and Men's 2's as well as Co-Ed 4's. Our members include male and females that range in age from 12-50 years old. The number of teams and members of our league has grown every year since.

GPRC Wolves Volleyball Club has been highly successful club organization ever since its creation in 1984 by Leigh Goldie. The club is designed to provide its youth participants a knowledgeable base of technical and tactical skills in the world of Volleyball.
In 2013 we introduced the GP Beach Volleyball Club so that our younger members could train and compete in local and provincial tournaments. Geared towards beginner and advanced athletes aged 12-18. Teams will be made according to age and skill level. Athletes will work in age appropriate groups with the coach learning beach volleyball skills and strategies. Intermediate - Advanced athletes will be trained in the skills of competitive beach volleyball which enable them to compete in local tournaments and the Volleyball Alberta Beach Series.
The South Peace Volleyball Association was established in December of 2011 by a group of enthusiastic volleyball parents who wanted to support the creation of a new volleyball club for young female athletes in the Grande Prairie region.
